iBall partners with Intel and Microsoft to launch Windows based tablet

iBall has announced the launch of Intel Atom processor based tablet that runs on Microsoft Windows, iBall Slide. The device will be priced at Rs 16,999.

The iBall Slide will be the first budget 3G business tablet powered by Windows 8.1 OS and Intel Atom processor.

The Tablet will come with a number of free licenses which includes Microsoft Office license for one year, 1TB OneDrive cloud storage, and the Windows Defender Antivirus and Firewall.

The tablet sports a 8 inch IPS display and  supports HDMI to connect to the TV, or other devices.

iBall Slide tablet is powered by Intel Atom processor paired with 2GB RAM.

The device boasts a 5MP rear camera with Auto Focus and flash with a 2 MP front camera.

It has 16GB internal memory, and can be expanded to 64GB. It also has 3G SIM slot.

Users can also connect all accessories and peripherals including the keyboard, mouse, speaker, USB, projector, and scanner.
