iBall announces its tablet PC at Rs 21,999

iBall has announced the launch of 10.1 inch WQ149, combination of Tablet with power of PC. It is the successor of iBall Slide WQ32 powered by Intel.

The device runs on Windows 8.1 operating system and is powered by Intel processor. The tablet PC has high end features and comes with several free licenses.

It includes the Microsoft Office license and 1 TB (terabyte)  OneDrive cloud storage for one year.

“iBall Slide WQ149 is the perfect answer to those who are on the fence about whether to buy a Tablet or Laptop.” said Sandeep Parasrampuria, director, iBall.

The new WQ149 sports a 1.83GHz Intel Atom processor Z3735D. The 2-in-1 WQ149 is bundled with magnetic pogo pin keyboard with touch pad and cover.

The device has 2GB DDR3 RAM and boasts a 10.1 inch IPS WXGA display. It has 32GB inbuilt memory which can be further extended to 64GB.

The tablet packs a 5MP rear camera with auto focus and flash, and a 2MP front camera for video chatting.

It has Micro USB port provision with input devices, peripherals and accessories such as speaker, printer, projector, and scanner.

Earlier iBall launched the Slide WQ32, company’s first Windows 8 tablet. It sports an 8-inch (1280×800 pixels) IPS screen and is powered by an 1.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3735D processor.

It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

It comes with free Microsoft Office license for one year, 1TB OneDrive cloud storage and Windows Defender Antivirus and Firewall.

The iBall Slide WQ32 is priced at Rs. 16,999. It has 3G, Bluetooth, micro HDMI and micro USB connectivity and is juiced up by a 14 Wh battery.
