Xolo launches One HD with 8MP camera at Rs 4,777


Xolo has launched its new One HD smartphone at a price of Rs 4,777. It will be exclusively on e-commerce website Amazon.in and registration will begin this week.

The smartphone comes with a 5.5 inch HD display with 720*1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor clubbed with 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone is equipped with an 8MP rear camera with 1.4-micron pixel size and LED flash. There is a 5MP front facing shooter also on board, which also has an LED flash.


It has 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and has dual SIM support.

On the connectivity front, the device offers GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. It is juiced by a 2300mAh battery. It measures 143×72.6×9.5mm, the Xolo One HD will be available in a White colour variant.

Earlier, the company launched a 3GB RAM variant of its Black smartphone in the market at a price of Rs 11,999.

The smartphone sports a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display with 1080*1920 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 403 ppi. The screen has oleophobic coating, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

It is powered by the second-gen 64-bit Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) processor, with four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.0GHz, and four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz. It features an Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM.

It is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, a 13MP and a 2MP camera. It offers features such as UbiFocus, which lets users refocus on objects even after a photo has been taken.

It also packs a 5MP front facing camera. The phone has 16GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
