Xiaomi Redmi 5 is an upcoming device while Gionee M7 is already launched in India and is available for pre-booking. Both the smartphone fall into the mid-range category. Redmi 5 is recently spotted on Oppomart in China, and reports suggest that it will feature bezel-less design. M7 has also sported the same design.

A Weibo user has recently leaked the Redmi 5’s details. The leaked information indicated that the device will mark the 18:9 aspect ratio display. Gionee’s handset also has 6-inch 18:9 full-view display. Xiaomi’s upcoming phone is heavily rumored to coming up with dual-lens camera technology. On the other side, M7 featured a 13 MP primary camera and 8 MP snapper.

On the processor front, Redmi 5 is expected to run on Snapdragon 625 coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. While M7 is powered by 1.4 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. Both the smartphones have marked the Android Nougat.
