The top model, 6GB + 128GB storage has been set for the price of 349 euros (around Rs 28,000). The firm also announced the phone’s cheaper version, Mi A2 Lite.

Xiomi has not commented on the launch of the smartphone in India yet. However, rumors suggest that the device will soon be available in at least 40 countries.

Notably, the Mi A2 is the successor of Mi A1, launched last year. In terms of overall specs and features, Mi A2 has improved compared to its predecessor.

The device runs on Android Oreo and will receive Android P once it rolls out by Google. The OS is one of the highlights of the phone as it runs on stock Android.

The handset sports dual rear camera with 12MP Sony IMX 486 sensor and a 20MP Sony IMX 376 sensor. On the front, Mi A2 bears a 20MP AI-focused selfie camera. The phone comes with Google Lens support.

Xiaomi Mi A2 has a 3010 mAh battery, which might be a drawback of the phone. It is available in blue, black and gold color options.
