Xiaomi is all set to launch Mi A2 on July 24 in Madrid, Spain. The company has already released the trailer for the phone.
The phone is likely to come in two variants, Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite. It is said to be Android One device. Notably, Mi A2’s predecessor, Mi A1 was also an Android One handset.
Xiaomi is also expected to unveil Mi Max 3 at the same event. Mi A2 is rumored to have the same feature as the Mi 6X apart from software.
Mi A2 is expected to sport a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with 2160×1080 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It might be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, paired 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.
The phone will feature a dual rear camera with 20MP and 12MP sensors. The front-facing camera will have a 20MP sensor. Mi A2 could pack a 3,000mAh.
On the other hand, Mi A2 Lite is speculated to sport a notched 5.84-inch FHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Processor wise, there could be a Snapdragon 625 processor on the phone, paired with 4GB RAM/64GB storage.
A dual rear camera with 12MP+5MP sensors is expected on the phone. It will have a 4000 mAh battery. Mi A2 Lite is likely to carry a 4000 mAh battery.
