Samsung launches Galaxy J7 Duo with dual-rear camera

Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy J7 Duo smartphone in India. Notably, it is the first J-series smartphone with dual camera setup. The phone is priced at Rs 16,990 and will be available across retail stores starting April 12 in Black and Gold colors.

The device comes with 13 MP + 5MP dual camera setup with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. The front camera is of 8MP with the same f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. The camera of the smartphone comes up with get Live Focus and Background Blur Shape features.

The Galaxy J7 Duo sports a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 720×1280 pixel resolution and 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by the Exynos 7 series octa-core processor.

The smartphone has 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card slot. The device runs Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and comes with company’s own digital assistant Bixby.

On the connectivity front, the phone marks Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2.4G+5GHz and a USB 2.0 port. Galaxy J7 Duo also has Face Unlock feature and fingerprint sensor and it carries a 3000mAh battery.
