Motorola has confirmed the launch of Moto E5 Plus in India. The phone will debut in July, however, the date of the launch is not confirmed. Moto E5 is currently available for the sale in the US market. It is worth mentioning that the company has recently unveiled Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play in the country.

Talking about the price, the phone was launched at a price of EUR 169 (around Rs. 13,500). In India, Moto E5 Plus might cost around Rs 15,000. In this price segment, one can expect the phone to compete with Nokia 6, Xiaomi Redmi 5 and Oppo Realme 1.
The Moto E5 Plus features a 6-inch HD+ Max Vision IPS LCD display with 720×1440 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. The phone has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The device runs on the Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box.
On the optics front, the Moto E5 Plus features a 12MP rear camera with f/2.0 and laser autofocus. On the front, the handset carries an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture and selfie light.
