Lenovo launches three devices at MWC-15

Lenovo launched three devices — smartphones VIBE Shot and A7000, and the Lenovo Pocket Projector — at the Mobile World Congress 2015.

Shao Tao, vice president, Mobile Business Group, Lenovo, said: “Our first camera smartphone, the VIBE Shot, delivers a highly natural and intuitive photography experience without compromising on key smartphone performance, while our A7000 further elevates entertainment as the first smartphone with Dolby Atmos audio technology.”
VIBE Shot is Lenovo’s first 2-in-1 camera smartphone developed as a crossover device. It is both a “fabulous camera” that shutterbugs will love, “a performance-laden, standalone smartphone”, according to the company.

The A7000 smartphone, on the other hand is for the people who prefer large-screen smartphones. With a 5.5-inch screen, the entertainment-centred device is the first smartphone in the industry with Dolby Atmos technology.

And the pocket projector, too focuses on making entertainment available anywhere and for a bigger audience.

Lenovo’s A7000 will be available from this month starting at $169 only in countries with sale of Lenovo smartphones; Lenovo Pocket Projector will be available worldwide starting in May beginning at price of $249; VIBE Shot will be available from June for prices starting $349 in countries with sale of Lenovo smartphones, the company has stated.
