HTC has again made an entry in India’s budget-to-mid-range smartphone segment with the launch of Desire 12 and Desire 12+. Notably, both the smartphones were earlier launched globally in March.
Talking about the price, HTC Desire 12 priced at Rs. 15,800. On the other hand, Desire 12+ costs Rs. 19,790. The devices will be available starting June 11. One can buy the handsets on HTC India E-Store and across retail stores in the country.
HTC Desire 12
HTC Desire 12 features a 5.5-inch HD+ display with 720×1440 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6739 processor, paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The device runs on the Android 8.0 Oreo on the top of HTC Sense.
The smartphone carries a 13MP BSI rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. The front facing camera is of 5MP with an f/2.4 aperture. The phone has a 2730mAh battery under the hood.
HTC Desire 12+
HTC Desire 12+ sports a 6-inch HD+ IPS display with 720×1440 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chip with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The smartphone also runs on the Android 8.0 Oreo on the top of HTC Sense.
The phone has a dual rear camera with 13MP+2MP sensors. The rear camera setup comes with the features like, Face detection, Bokeh mode, and Panorama mode. On the front, Desire 12+ bears 8MP BSI camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and Beauty mode. The handset packs a 2965mAh battery.
The smartphones will be available in Cool Black and Warm Silver color variants.
