Huawei’s online brand, Honor is expected to launch a new smartphone soon. The device was spotted in Tenna listing with a model number KIW-AL20.
The Tenna listing image reveals the front and rear panel of the device. The rear panel features a camera followed by the fingerprint sensor.
The device will have a full metal body design. The right panel houses the physical buttons for volume rockers and power.
The listing also shows the specifications of the new smartphone. The device is suggested to feature a 5.5 inch full HD TFT display with 1080*1920 pixel resolution.
It is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core processor clubbed with 3GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and also offers 4G LTE connectivity.
The smartphone is equipped with a 13MP rear camera, while there is a 5MP front facing camera also on board. It has 32GB of internal storage capacity.
Last month, Huawei unveiled its much anticipated Mate 8 phablet at the Shanghai Expo Centre in China. The company is yet to announce the pricing of the device.
The device will be showcased during the CES 2016 in January. The phablet is now available only for the China market.
The Mate 8 comes with a 6-inch full-HD IPS LCD display with 1080×1920 pixel resolution and a calculated pixel density of 367.2 ppi.
It is powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 950 processor (four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.8GHz + four Cortex-A72 cores clocked at 2.4GHz), clubbed with Mali-T880MP4 GPU clocked at 900MHz.
The device sports a full metal body and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is backed by 3GB of RAM. It also has dual SIM functionalities.
Camera wise, the device sports a 16MP rear camera powered by Sony IMX298 sensor with OIS, f/2.0 aperture, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and 1.12um pixel size. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX179 sensor and f/2.4 aperture.
