Honor 10 to launch on May 15 in India, to compete with OnePlus 6

Huawei is all set to launch Honor 10 in India on May 15.  The smartphone will be a Flipkart exclusive and already listed on the site. The phone was earlier launched in China for CNY 2,599 (around Rs 27,000).

The smartphone is expected to feature 5.84-inch FHD+ LCD display with 19:9 aspect ratio and the notch at the top of the display. If reports are to be believed, it might be powered by the Kirin 970 processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU.

There will be the two variants of the Honor 10, 64GB and 128GB internal memory with 6GB RAM. It will run on the Android 8.1 Oreo on the top of EMUI 8.1.

In terms of optics, the Honor 10  is likely to sport a dual rear camera setup on the back, 24 MP and 16 MP sensors with AI capabilities. On the front, it will carry a 24MP sensor. Furthermore, the device will house a 3,400 mAh battery under the hood.

Honor 10 will compete with OnePlus 6 in its mid-range price category.
