ZTE has launched its three new flagship smartphones at Gittex Shopper Autumn 2014. Zte has also announced its partnership with Global Distribution FZE as the exclusive distributor of ZTE smartphones in the UAE.
ZTE showcased the Grand SII LTE, Nubia Z5S Mini and Blade Vec 4G. The launch of these products is considered to be a part of company’s strategic efforts to strengthen its market presence in the Middle East.
“In order to strengthen ZTE’s pioneer position in the GCC market, we see Dubai as an access to integrate into the wider Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. We will launch premium products in this region through open channel and operator channel,” said Ning Tian, regional director of MENA, ZTE Mobile Device.
ZTE claims that its flagship 4G smartphones are innovative with top-of-the-line features.
The ZTE Grand SII LTE with its high speed processor is one of the world’s fastest 4G smartphone. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor.

It sports a 5.5 inch full HD 1080p display for HD viewing. It runs on Android 4.3 OS. It boasts a 13MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera.
Grand SII LTE is packed with one unique security option that enables users to unlock their handset with their voices, using a phrase of their choice.
The Nubia Z5S Mini is a stylish smartphone designed by a an Italian artist Stefano Giovannoni.
It features a 4.7, 720p touch screen with Sharp’s IGZO panels. It also has 4G LTE connectivity.
The smartphone has 13MP rear camera with a backside illuminated sensor with an F2.2 aperture and a LED flash with a 5MP front camera.
It has 16GB of internal storage which is expandable via memory card.
The third smartphone launched by ZTE is Blade Vec 4G. It has a sleek design and is just 7.8mm thick. It boasts a 5 inch TFT display.
It is powered by a quad core Qualcomm processor. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat.
The 4G smartphone sports a 8MP rear camera and has 1280 x 720 display
It is made of glass fibre with special stripes design, making it fashionably scratch-proof.
ZTE aims to ship 60 million smartphones in 2014 and expects revenue from the terminal device unit to grow more than 15 percent in 2014 from a year earlier.
These three flagship products along with ZTE’s new line of smartphones will be displayed at Gitex Shopper, happening from 27th September to 4th October at Dubai World Trade Centre
