Lenovo launches the S860 smartphone at Rs 21,500

Lenovo has stretched its smartphone portfolio with the launch of S860 smartphone. The device has sleek design and is priced at Rs 21,500.

The S860 smartphone has brushed metal unibody exterior which is durable to scratches and fingerprints. It is claimed to provide stylish looks and smooth performance.

The device sports 5.3-inch wide-view HD IPS screen and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM.

It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. It boasts a 8MP rear camera with auto focus with flash and a 1.6MP front camera.

The smartphone has a internal storage capacity of 16GB. On the connectivity front it has 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS.

The S860 is a dual SIM smartphone that comes loaded with Lenovo Premium DOit Apps that lets user transfer data, speed up device, and sync users contacts.

The device is juiced up by a 4000mAh battery that claims to provide standby time of 40 days on 3G and 43 hrs of talktime.

The S860 smartphone also has the Lenovo Premium Apps for easy sharing, security and syncing.

Lenovo also announced the launch of Lenovo A328 smartphone in the Indian mobile market last month.

Lenovo A328 smartphone features 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB built-in storage, expandable 32GB storage via microSD card, dual-SIM compatible, 5-megapixel fixed focus rear camera with flash and a 2-megapixel front camera.

The smartphone features 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) display and KitKat 4.4 OS.

The device is powered by 2000mAh battery offering up to 240 hours of standby time and up to 21 hours talk time on 2G network and 13 hours on 3G network.
