LAVA has announced the launch of its new Iris Fuel 60 smartphone. The device is priced at Rs 8,888 and is the second smartphone after the recently launched Iris Fuel 50.
The phone features a 5 inch HD IPS display with Full lamination and 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The phone is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad Core Cortex A7 processor paired with 1GB RAM.
The Iris Fuel 60 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, it will be upgraded to Android L via FOTA (firmware over the air) in future.
The device boasts a 10MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera. It also supports full HD Video recording and digital zoom with built in auto-focus, panorama, HDR mode, face detection, smile shot and voice capture.
The internal storage capacity of the device is 8GB which can be extended up to 32GB via microSD card.
On connectivity front, the dual SIM equipped Iris Fuel 60 is equipped with 3G connectivity apart from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v3.0. It also offers OTG support that enables file transfer through USB drive on the move.
The device is fuelled by a huge 4000mAh Lithium-polymer battery.

Lava, last month also launched Iris Selfie 50 smartphone with 5.0 MP Auto-Focus front camera with LED Flash.
Iris Selfie 50 smartphone is available in two price points for Indian smartphone users. The handset in black and white will be priced at Rs 7,699, while blue color phone with IML finish will cost you Rs 7,899.
