LAVA today introduced its Iris 465 smartphone. The phone supports 21 Indian languages and is priced at Rs 4,499.
The Iris 465 supports Hindi, Bodo, Sanskrit, Nepali, Marathi, Dogri, Konkani, Kashmiri, Sindhi, Bengali, Assamese, Maithili, Maniouri, Gujarati, Punjabi, Santali, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam, Kannada.

The Li-Ion battery can offer up to 22 hours and 58 minutes (2G) of talk time, and 10 hours and 41 minutes (3G) of talk time.
The smartphone measures 134.4x68x10 mm and weighs 146 grams.
LAVA iris 465 will be available in white & black colour. It will be available for sale across all national retail stores.
Earlier this week, Lava announced the launch of its flagship smartphone, the Iris X8. The device is priced at Rs 8,999. For online sales Flipkart is the exclusive partner.
It boasts a 5 inch HD IPS display with ASAHI glass; Octa-Core processor with 2GB RAM; Android KitKat 4.4; 16 GB memory; 8 MP Primary BSI-III AF Camera with dual LED flash and 3MP front camera; 2500mAh battery.
The device also has a gesture recognition functionality with Smart Wake-up and Gesture controls which allows consumers to directly jump to applications from the locked screen.
