Lava launches the new Xtron Z704 tablet at Rs 6,499

Lava has extended its Xtron series portfolio with the launch of Xtron Z704 tablet. Priced at Rs 6,499, the tablet is targeted at college going students and young professionals.

Lava claims Xtron Z704 as a good substitute for computers. It has a stylish youthful design with multiple connectivity options suitable for student’s needs.

The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor backed up by 1GB RAM. It sports a 7 inch capacitive multi touch HD screen with 1024 x 600 resolution.

The tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and allows user to perform multi-tasking.

It has a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front camera with 16GB of internal storage capacity, which is expandable up to 32GB T-flash supports that provide ample space for keeping all the important documents, applications, videos and files.

On the connectivity front, the tablet has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE and GPS. It is juiced up by a 4000mAh battery that claims to deliver up to 300 hours of standby time and 10 hours talk time.
