Just months ahead of its expected launch, HTC One M9 specifications are leaked online. The smartphone will be company’s next flagship phone.
A new report from China showed some specifications of the smartphone. The report by My Drivers says that the HTC One M9 will get a major upgrade in terms of hardware.
The report said that the device will sport a 5.5 inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.
The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 805 SoC processor backed up by 3GB RAM.
The HTC One M9 is expected to use an aluminium silicon-carbide composite for the body of the smartphone and will be juiced up by a 3500 mAh battery.
Since Beats is now owned by Apple, Bose is assumed to be the new audio partner of HTC.
The report also said that the device will boast a 16MP primary camera with optical image stabilization which clearly indicates that HTC will not be using the Ultrapixel camera hardware that was introduced in 2013. There is no info about the front facing camera in the report.
The company is expected to unveil its new flagship during the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona. It is expected to launch in 32GB/64GB/128GB storage options.
A “Prime” version of the HTC One M9 is also mentioned in the rumor. However, there are no details about it except the name.
