Panasonic has introduced the KX-MB2100 series of printers. The series include 3 new models- KX-MB2170, KX-MB2130 and KX-MB2120 priced at Rs.20, 700, Rs.18, 500 and Rs.16, 900 respectively.
These printers have a memory of 64 MB, and boast a speed of 24ppm with double sided printing along with a 2 in 1 function which consumes ¼ part of an A4 size paper and reduces toner usage.
The printers are also compatible to Google, Cloud print and Mobile print applications making it accessible to any electronic gadget.
For safety, the printers have a password secured option. Panasonic India has also introduced Genuine Toner refill option for these machines for Lower CPC.
“With the launch of these products, we are looking at capturing 20% market share by 2016. We will continue to expand our market presence through economic and innovative product range and services,” said Manish Sharma, managing director, Panasonic India.
The company also announced updates for its Toughbook 31 laptop a week ago. The updated version offers 18 hours of battery life and 27 hours with an optional second battery.
The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5-5300U vPro processor (3 MB cache, 2.3 GHz up to 2.9 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology).
The updates also include enhanced graphics with the Intel HD 5500 integrated graphics processor.
Other features include a flex-connect quick-release hard drive; sunlight-viewable touchscreen; and a full magnesium alloy case with handle.
The Panasonic Toughbook 31 will be available in February starting around $3,699. The Toughbook 31 includes a standard three-year limited warranty.
The Toughbook 31 offers protection from drops of up to six feet and has an IP65 rating for protection from water and dust.
