Canon India has launched the six new models of its Pixma G ink tank printers during an event in New Delhi. These models are G 1010, G 2010, G 2012, G 3010, G 3012, and G 4010, which are priced between Rs. 8,195 and Rs. 17,425. Four of them are wireless printers made for home uses and office purpose.
PIXMA G-series printers introduce a lot of unique features including built-in refillable ink tank system coupled with spill-resistant tops. The printers durability is also improved, claimed the company. According to Canon, the latest offerings with firms Hybrid ink system are engineered to achieve high-resolution images.
“Feeding the appetites of businesses with high print volume demands, the new PIXMA G series is enabled to deliver up to 6,000 black-and-white document pages and 7,000 colour document pages on the bundled set of 4 ink bottles,” said C Sukumaran, director, Consumer System Products, Canon India.
The company has achieved double-digit revenues in 2017, as per the Canon CEO Kazutada Kobayashi. Canon had a successful 2017 compared to 2016 with double-digit revenue.
