Samsung Galaxy kicks off language initiative on Independence Day

Samsung on Thursday kicked off its Galaxy  smartphones in 9 Indian language initiative.

Incidentally, the new initiative started on August 15, India’s Independence Day.

Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu are the 9 languages.


These 9 languages are available in Samsung Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy Grand and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Samsung Galaxy Star will also have the regional language support.

A Samsung advertisement says that every aspect of the new range of Galaxy smart devices has been re-designed to offer freedom from inconveniences.

Your phone list, every menu, individual programs, etc. are in your language.

Samsung enables mobile phone users to benefit on Independence Day and express in your mother tongue.

Mobile phone users can choose their language in the settings menu of their Samsung devices.

To download apps in your language, you can go to MENU > SAMSUNG APPS > search for your apps.
