Nokia launches Nokia X, X+ and XL -its first devices with Android

As expected, Nokia @ MWC 2014, has unveiled a new range of devices which can run Android apps. The series, which is called ‘Nokia X’, constitutes of three devices -Nokia X, X+ and XL. All the three handsets are available in Dual-SIM  and almost look like Nokia’s touch-screen Asha devices. Nokia also introduced Fastlane to let people switch between apps easily.

Nokia X, X+ and XL

The Nokia X line-up comes with a ‘forked’ version of Android with a tile-based user interface. But you can’t access Google’s Play Store and other apps like Chrome and Google+. Nokia X has a 4-inch IPS LCD display, 3 MP rear camera, 1500 mAh battery, Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 4 GB storage and 512MB of RAM.

Nokia X is priced at EUR 89, Nokia X+ at EUR 99 and XL is priced at EUR 109.

The specs of Nokia X+ are almost similar to those of Nokia X. The only difference is that X+ comes with 768 MB of RAM and a 4 GB MicroSD card. If we talk about Nokia’s 5-inch Android device, the XL has a 5 MP camera, 2000 mAh battery, 4 GB internal storage and 768 MB of RAM.
