Taiwanese phone vendor HTC announced the specifications and price of HTC Desire 700 dual SIM phone in India.
HTC Desire 700 dual SIM smartphone, which is aimed at the Christmas and New Year buyers across the country, will be priced at Rs 33,050. Both SIMs are active for the young population of India who want to experiment with innovation.
Faisal Siddiqui, country head, HTC India, said that the company wants to enhance the product range and that’s why it introduced the HTC Desire 700 dual SIM phone for Indians.
The good looking smartphone with 5-inch qHD display – meant for the upper middle classs – features quad-core 1.2GHz processor.
HTC termed HTC Desire 700 dual SIM phone as a mid-market smartphone.
The newly launched HTC Desire 700 dual SIM phone has 2,100 mAh battery, 8GB internal memory, 1GB RAM, expandable memory of 64GB through microSD, etc.
It weighs 149 gram. The size is 14.55×7.2×1.03 cm.
Connectivity options include micro USB, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX enabled, Wi-Fi, DLNA, GPS/AGPS.
Besides front-facing 2.1 MP BSI camera with an 88 degree wide angle front lens, HTC Desire 700 dual SIM comes with 8 MP rear-facing camera and F/2.0 aperture which grabs more light with every shot. HTC’s ImageChip also minimises image noise for higher quality photos in challenging light.
This is the first HTC Desire smartphone to sport HTC Zoe feature that brings your photos to life in three-second clips.
HTC Desire 700’s 5-inch qHD display enables mobile users to benefit from a perfect frame for viewing photo galleries, watching videos to browsing the internet.
The new smartphone also includes usual features of HTC high end phones. HTC BlinkFeed allows you to browse through information, news bites, and social updates. Built-in amplifiers offer better sound quality.
Interestingly, HTC did not bring Google Kit Kat and or the latest version OS. The company says the new version will be updated later. The company is gearing up to address the demand during the forthcoming Christmas and New Year seasons.
