Dell India opens 250th retail store in Bangalore

Dell has announced the opening of its 250th exclusive store at Brigade road, Bangalore. The store was inaugurated by Phil Bryant, vice president, Consumer and Small Business Sales.

Dell aims to open up to 400 Dell Exclusive Store (DES) by March 2015. The company is focusing on expanding their retail presence in the market.

The store will offer the entire range of Dell products, from laptops and AIO’s to desktops from the Inspiron, Venue tablets and Alienware brands.

Each Dell Exclusive Store aims to enhance the technology experience of the consumers. Dell is capable of delivering a informative, interacting and rich technology experience to the consumers.

Apart from these Dell Exclusive Stores, other large stores like widen their user base. There are thousands of resellers across 800 cities in India.

Dell also provides its customers with a 24 x 7 Premium Phone Support (PPS), Accidental Damage service and default on sight warranty.

The 250th store will help Dell in becoming India’s number one service provider in the market in the first quarter of 2014. Dell also has an onsite service footprint of over 20,000 pin codes across India.
