KitKatFirst, Ok Google feature is the first and the most important feature with the latest Android update. You don’t need to touch the screen to get things done. When on your home screen or in Google Now, just say “Ok Google” to launch voice search, send a text, get directions or even play a song.

Second, it’s not easy to enjoy a locked phone. The new Android version allows you to improve your mobile experience. For instance, while listening to music on your device, or while projecting movies to Chromecast, you’ll see full-screen album and movie art when your device is locked. You can play, pause, or seek to a specific moment.

Third, your phone displays the things you want to enjoy. Android 4.4, KitKat OS’s new immersive mode automatically hides everything except what you really want to see.

How does it happen? Reading a book, playing a game, or watching a movie can take center stage by swiping the edge of the screen to bring back your status bar and navigation buttons.

Fourth, the new version of the Android OS comes with faster multitasking capabilities. Google promises that Android 4.4 optimizes memory and improves your touchscreen in order to respond faster and more accurately. This means that you can listen to music while browsing the web, or race down the highway with the latest hit game, all without a hitch.

Sixth, a smarter caller ID is one of the main features of Android 4.4, KitKat OS which is available from today with Nexus 5 smartphone. Whenever you get a call from a phone number not in your contacts, your phone will look for matches from businesses with a local listing on Google Maps.

Seventh, the new Hangouts app enables you to see your SMS and MMS messages in the same app, alongside your other conversations and video calls. In addition, you can also share your location and send animated GIFs.

And with quick access to recently used files, it’s easier than ever to send the file you were just working on. You can create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations from your phone or tablet with the newly redesigned Quickoffice.
