BlackBerry’s old flagship – BlackBerry Z10 – is now available for Rs 29,990. Some online retailers are selling Z10 lower than its current price (Rs 29,990). When the smartphone was launched back in February, it was priced at Rs 43,490. Now, BlackBerry will definitely have a reason for this mega price-cut.
The first reason – BlackBerry says that the festive season is on; so own a BB Z10 at Rs 29,990. Also, this offer is stated as ‘limited’.
The second reason – You know that the smartphone brand came up with the BlackBerry Z30, a 5-inch device powered by Snapdragon S4 processor set at 1.7GHz.
More special – Z30 is BlackBerry is the first phablet and the first device that runs on version 10.2 of the BB 10 OS. This price-cut is probably an indication of the next BlackBerry device.
If you want to recall the specifications, take a look at this. Z10, the first smartphone with BB10 OS, has a 4.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display. Running on a dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon chip, this device sports an 8MP rear camera as well as a 2MP camera at the front.
Whatever the reason is, I think that BlackBerry probably is trying to get rid of all the Z10s and maybe we’ll soon witness the launch of BlackBerry Z30.
