Vivo Y75: meet the new mid-range phone and its competitions

Vivo has unveiled its new smartphone, Y75 in China. It falls into the mid-range smartphone category. The device is quite identical to Vivo V7 in terms of specs and features. The consumer can buy the phone on company’s China site. The release date of the phone in India is not confirmed yet.

Y75 features FullVision  18:9 aspect ratio 5.7-inch HD+ display with 720×1440 resolution. The dual-SIM smartphone has 13MP primary camera and 16MP snapper. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat on the top of FunTouch 3.2 OS. In terms of connectivity, it has Micro-USB, Bluetooth v4.0, and other connectivity options. Handset marks Face Wake feature for security purpose, the same comes with Vivo V7.

The handset is powered by octa-core processor paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The phone is available in Gold, Rose Gold, and Matte Black. Y75 sports 3000mAh battery on board.

The smartphone is priced at CNY 1,598 (around Rs. 15,700). The device will go head-to-head with the recently launched smartphones like Huawei Enjoy 7S, Xiaomi Redmi 5 and others. Stay tuned for more tech news and updates.
