Micromax has just announced its first full HD smartphone –Canvas Turbo A250. The device sports a 5-inch Full HD CGS display with full aluminum coating.
Canvas Turbo is provided with a number of handy features including a ‘Camerazzi’ camera, multi-tasking, pop-up video player and more. This phablet runs on Android 4.2.1 and is powered by Mediatek’s quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz.
When Micromax brought Hugh Jackman as the brand ambassador for its Canvas range of smartphones, it had started teasing us with pics of Turbo and the Wolverine.

While this phone has 16GB internal memory and 2GB of RAM, Canvas Turbo A250 comes a 13MP rear camera with flash and 5MP front camera.
Micromax calls Turbo’s camera ‘Camerazzi’. Its because the phablet comes with fun to use camera features like 360-degree panoroma –the first on a Micromax phone, Cinemagraph –helps you to create animated pics (GIFs) and Object Eraser –allows you to remove unwanted stuff from your clicks. Also, Micromax has pre-loaded many apps in its latest phone.
Micromax says that its latest smartphone has a 2000 mAh battery which will let you talk for 7 hours on it. Multitasking becomes more easier on the Canvas Turbo with feature called Freewheel –ifloat Call, ifloat SMS, Pop-up video player and Pop-up Browser.
In fact, if this phone is a big deal, it should have Android JellyBean 4.3 OS in it as JB 4.3 has already landed in India. By the way, Micromax Canvas Turbo – in blue and white colors– will be available in India from 26 October.
