The launch of the new smartphone is a new initiative from the Korean consumer electronics major.

LG on Monday said it is bringing new batter and display along with the new curved smartphone.

LG G Flex features new user experience (UX) features.

The main innovation with the new curved smartphone is that the new device understands human curves.

The vertically curved design of LG G Flex smartphone reduces the distance between one’s mouth to the microphone when the device is held against the ear, as traditional telephone handsets used to, LG said.

The LG G Flex employs a curvature arc that is optimized for the average face, to deliver improved voice and sound quality.

Beyond the new look LG phone, there are consumer benefits as well. The curved form increases the sound level by 3dB compared to typical flat smartphones. In addition, the curved design offers a more reassuring grip and fits more comfortably in one’s back pocket. In landscape mode, the display offers an IMAX-like experience, with the result being the most comfortable viewing angle for watching videos or playing games.

LG G Flex also features the Rear Key first introduced in the LG G2.
