Microsoft slashes price of Xbox 360 in India

Microsoft has announced the launch of Xbox 360 500GB model in India. The device will selling at a price of Rs 19,990.

The customers will also get a gaming bundle on the purchase of Xbox 360 500GB model.

The bundle will include two Call of Duty games, Black Ops II and Ghosts. The bundle will also include on month Xbox Live Gold membership.

Xbox One

The company also announced the price drop on Xbox 360.

The 4GB standalone Xbox 360 will now be available for Rs 12,990 compared to its old price, Rs 15,990.

The 250GB Xbox 360 with Kinect will be selling for Rs 29,990. Its previous price was Rs 31,990.

The 4GB Xbox with Kinect price has dropped down to Rs 21,990 from Rs 26,990.

Microsoft said Xbox One was the top-selling console in the U.S.

With Windows 10 gamers on a PC, tablet or Xbox console can play together and games on Xbox One can easily stream through a Window 10 PC or tablet.

Xbox One was the console sales leader in the U.S. Xbox live users grew and those users increased their purchases of third party publisher content and consumables.

Sales of the Xbox platform exclusive Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Forza Horizon 2 were strong and this quarter we welcome Minecraft.

In November, Microsoft announced a new exclusive Xbox One Assassin’s Creed bundle with Kinect featuring franchise’ biggest game ever “Assassin’s Creed Unity”.

In addition to the Xbox One “Assassin’s Creed” Bundle with Kinect, Microsoft also brought titles like “Halo: The Master Chief Collection”, “Dance Central Spotlight”, “FIFA 15″, “Killer Instinct”, and “Sunset Overdrive”.
