S Mobility’s new Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505 looks very similar to Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
The curve is almost the same. Samsung and S Mobility are using the same blue color screen. Our writers have not seen Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505, but we can say that it is a near copy of Samsung Galaxy. (Apple Inc says Samsung copies them.)
Now, let us look at the features of the new smartphone which will be priced at Rs 8,499 for Indian mobile users.
The Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505 comes along with a free leather cover and a screen guard worth Rs 500.
S Mobility’s new Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505 is a dual-SIM phone for 3G users.
The 3G smartphone has 9.6 mm body. It runs on Android 4.0 ICS.
The 12.7 cm WVGA capacitive touch screen will be liked by Indian mobile phone users at this price.
Since Indian mobile phone users are not expecting significant innovations from S Mobility, they can be happy with the 1GHz Dual Core processor.
Like any other Indian phones, Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505 offers 5 MP rear camera backed with dual LED Flash and a front-facing 1.3 MP camera.
4GB ROM and 512 MB RAM that is expandable upto 32 GB through a micro SD card is again a standard feature.
S Mobility claims that the 2100 mAh battery supports up to 4 hours talk-time and a stand-by of 200 hours.
As usual, it has GPS Navigator software, Facebook, pre-loaded Google and YouTube, FM radio and MP3 Player, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. S Mobility says Bluetooth 4.0 makes transfer of data fast and secure.
This is a cost effective 3G smartphone with lots of good features — though available with other phones at a price. Samsung aspirants will look at this phone for using new devices.
