Spice unveils KitKat-based Stellar 600 smartphone

India-based mobile internet company Spice Retail has unveiled its first Android KitKat based smartphone Spice Stellar 600 at Rs 9,999.

Powered by 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor, Stellar 600 gives access to 2GB free storage on Spice Cloud, enabling users to access data on multiple devices.

Stellar 600 comes with features including free utility dock, which has a four-in-one Stylus pen – multi use stylus pen and phone stand inside the box, 3G video calling, GSensor and smart flip cover.

Stellar 600 features 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing 3.2MP camera. It also has a 1 GB RAM and 4GB ROM (expandable up to 32 GB through a micro SD card).

The 2500 MAh battery gives a talk-time of more than 5 hours and up to 170 hours standby ensuring a strong battery backup, Spice said.
