Microsoft launches Nokia Lumia 530

Microsoft has launched single SIM and dual SIM variant of Lumia 530, which will be available in the market at an expected price of Rs 6900 before taxes.

Both Lumia 530 and Lumia 530 DualSIM will be available from August onwards in selected market.  Both the smartphones run on Windows 8.1 platform with Lumia Cyan update.


Lumia 530 sports 4 inch FWVGA LCD display and is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200.

The devices have 512 MB RAM and 4 GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB through microSD card. The smartphone also has 5 MP camera and comes pre-loaded with Nokia Camera, Bing vision and Nokia Glam Me as preloaded.

Both the variants come with 15 GB OneDrive cloud storage space and powered by 1430 mAh battery, which offers a talk time of 10 hours and standby time of 528 hours.

Microsoft has also introduced Bang mini speaker by Coloud, which is expected to be priced at Rs 1500.

Both the smartphones have been listed in Microsoft’s global site as Nokia Lumia 530 and Nokia Lumia 530 Dual SIMT

The smartphones will be available in bright green, bright orange, white and dark grey along with changeable shells.
