LINE releases sticker making app LINE Selfie Sticker

LINE Corporation has released the sticker making app LINE Selfie Sticker, which will be available initially for iPhones and Android.

LINE Selfie Sticker can be used to make original stickers out of self-portraits, or “selfies” in just three simple steps.

Users can take a picture of their own face, and then they choose their favorite character from over 130 illustrations covering 17 exciting themes, including LINE characters, astronauts, skateboarders, wedding gowns, cheerleaders, monsters, and more. Further, users can fix the illustration to the original picture and tap it when they are done.

Users can adjust specific aspects of the stickers by changing the face size or angle, enlarging or shrinking text, or adding speech balloons with their own messages, creating unique stickers that can be used in any situation.

Stickers created within the LINE Selfie Sticker app can be sent directly through chats in LINE, posted to the Timeline, or be edited even further in LINE camera. They can also be shared across a wide variety of social networking services besides LINE, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

The app supports languages such as English, Chinese, Korean, Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, Portugese, Brazilian, German, Italian, Russian and Arabic. The app will be available globally except Japan and Taivan.
