Anchal Agrahari, a graduate, preparing for UPSC, has bought the dual-SIM LG Optimus P698 last July.
She is happy with the performance of the smartphone, especially for features like camera and video quality.
The 3MP camera is excellent. With its 4x digital zoom capability the camera gives clear and sharp pictures while she gets video resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.
The phone comes with an internal memory of 160 MB, so this is huge space for Anchal to store her files and documents in her hand. The smartphone supports expandable microSD memory of up to 32 GB.
Anchal is happy with the screen display thanks to its 3.2 inch TFT LCD screen supporting HVGA resolution of 480 x 320 pixels.
With its 800 MHz processor, the Android smartphone delivers good performance. Anchal says the phone apps and files open quite faster than those in her laptop.
Talking about the cons of LG Optimus P698, Anchal said the smartphone faces hanging issues quite often, especially while disconnecting the call. This is quite embarrassing for her because many a times she lost call charges unnecessarily without knowing that the call is active even after she gave the end call command.
The price of LG Optimus P698 is Rs 6,990.
LG Optimus P 698 also faces performance issues when using with dual SIM. Many apps also fail to perform up to the mark because of this issue.
Anchal is planning to get a new phone. Her preferences are Samsung Galaxy and Sony Xperia.
