Kobian launches dual core 7-inch tablet

Kobian says its latest dual core 7-inch tablet — mTAB Star — is powered by MediaTek chipset and Cortex A9 Dual core processor.

The new tablet will be available for purchase from September.

Earlier, Kobian launched 12mm thick phablet  – mTAB Lite — in India and priced at Rs 6,000. The 7-inch phablet weighs 320gms and supports 2G connectivity.

The tablet with 3G capability comes with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.

Kobian mTAB Star runs on Android 4.1 operating system.

4GB storage expandable to 32GB will be good enough for Indian tablet users.

The new tablet weighs 300 gram. It is 10.55 mm.

Kobian’s 7-inch tablet comes with 3000mAh battery.

“mTAB Star has all the required latest features to enjoy work and play. It has been well designed and developed to address the increasing demand for stylish products in the market,” said Sushmita Das, country manager – India at Kobian.
