Idea launches !d 4000 3G Smartphone

Idea has launched !d 4000 3G smartphone, which will be available in key 3G markets across 11 circles at Rs 4,999.

!d4000 comes in a curve design, is powered by 1.0 GHz Dual core processor and Android Jelly Bean OS. The smartphone offers 21.1 Mbps speed on 3G network ensures fast internet browsing, video conferencing and social networking.


The 3.2 MP camera along with micro SD storage, expandable up to 32 GB, ensures that users capture moments without having to worry about internal device space. Idea !d 4000 comes integrated with Bluetooth V4.0 and is Wi-fi enabled, ensuring connectivity at all times.

“A large base of Indian consumers want affordable, yet, features rich smartphones to experience 3G and mobile internet. !d 4000 will address this demand in the market and enable 2G users to upgrade to 3G in our key 3G markets,” said Sashi Shankar, chief marketing officer, Idea Cellular.

Like all other Idea 3G smartphones, the new device also offers 3G users a benefits of 1.6 GB 3G data and Free Idea TV for 3 months, with a pack priced at Rs 259 for existing subscribers and Rs 261 for new subscribers.
