Xiaomi is rumored to launch the much-anticipated smartphone, Redmi Note 5 in February. The phone will be the successor of highly successful, Redmi Note 4.
The device will fall in the mid-range smartphone segment. If reports are to be believed, the device has already received 3C certification in China.
The smartphone’s specs and features are also reportedly surfaced online recently. The phone might come up with two variants. The base model of Redmi Note 5 could feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, while top variant could sport Snapdragon 636 chip with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
The handset is expected to mark 5.99-inch full-HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. In terms of camera, it might be shipped with 16MP + 5MP dual rear camera. On the front, an 8MP sensor is speculated to mark in the device.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is expected to run on the Android 7.1 Nougat on the top of MIUI 9. It may have a 4100mAh capacity battery under the hood. Customers can expect the price of the phone around Rs 15,000.
