NOKIA 9: What we know so far

Nokia 9 is one of the most anticipated flagship smartphones of 2018. The speculations and rumors regarding the phone are hovering on media outlets for a long time. If reports are to be believed, the device might be launched at MWC 2018 in Barcelona. HMD-backed Nokia is also expected to unveil Nokia 7 (2018), Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 1 and Nokia 3310 4G at the same event.

Talking about specs and feature of Nokia 9, we can expect some top-notch technology in the phone.  Design wise, the flagship is rumored to feature edge-to-edge display,  similar to Samsung Galaxy S8’s curved edge screen with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The handset is likely to feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, which could be a disappointment for the buyers as most of the upcoming flagships like Galaxy S9, OnePlus 6, LG G7 and others are expected to mark Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845 chip.

On the connectivity front, the phone is expected to carry Type-C USB port. Furthermore, Nokia 9 might house 3,250mAh, Carl Zeiss Dual-lens camera and IP 65 certified waterproof design. In terms of storage, it could come up with two variants, 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM/ 128GB internal storage. Readers are advised that the information is based on rumors and certain reports and we are yet to receive the officially confirmed specs and features.

Stay tuned for more MWC 2018 updates.
