Nokia 7 Plus surfaced online; may feature Snapdragon 660 SoC

Nokia has made a grand entry in the smartphone market in early 2017. Since then, the HMD Global-backed company didn’t look back and launched a number of smartphones. The list includes Nokia 8, Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 2 and Nokia 3310.

The company is now reportedly planning to launch Nokia 9, Nokia 7, Nokia 3310 4G at MWC 2018 in February. Among them, Nokia 7 Plus was spotted at Geekbench listing with the details regarding its specs and features. The listing of the said smartphone was reportedly spotted on January 26, as per the reports.

The Geekbench site listing suggests that Nokia 7 Plus might come up with Android 8.0 Oreo, one of the first phones of the company to feature the latest Android OS. The device could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 4GB RAM, while internal storage capacity is not known yet. Also, details regarding its design, camera, and display are yet to reveal.

The device is expected to fall into the mid-range smartphone category. Nokia 7 Plus is likely to debut first in the US market. Stay tuned for more tech updates.
