The new PowerShot SX530 HS is designed for long-range photography with a 50X (24-1200mm) zoom lens.
The 100X ZoomPlus can magnify the subject without loss in image quality.
The Zoom Framing Assist Auto automatically tracks the subject and zooms in/out accordingly to maintain subject’s relative size in the frame.
The PowerShot SX530 takes 3 continuous shots and generates 6 still images applying compositions and filter effects, chosen from 46 filter effects.

The IS automatically analyses camera movement and applies the shake correction method for the shooting situation.
The images and videos can be transferred directly from the camera using Wi-Fi. Remote Shooting function.
The Mobile device connect button can sync images to a PC via Canon iMAGE Gateway and can save images on CIG Cloud or Google Drive/Flickr.
The camera also has NFC, that allows faster connectivity between NFC enabled smart device for wireless image transfer.
Canon first showcased the PowerShot SX530 at CES 2015.
Along with PowerShot, Canon also unveiled few other cameras in the PowerShot SX range – the PowerShot SX710 HS with 30X lens and PowerShot SX610 HS with 18x optical zoom lens.
The company has not confirmed the pricing of these cameras in India, yet. Canon also launched new VIXIA handycams – VIXIA HF R62, VIXIA R60 and VIXIA HFR600 and cameras in its PowerShot ELPH range – PowerShot ELPH 170 IS and the PowerShot ELPH 160.
