Jspeak app enables Japanese translation service for iPhone users

Japanese mobile service provider NTT Docomo has introduced the Jspeak app which enables face-to-face translation service for Apple iPhone.

This wille be a free service till May 2015 for Apple iPhone users.


The Jspeak app enables non-Japanese speakers traveling in Japan to make face-to-face conversations by speaking into a smartphone to get a translation as screen text and voice readout.

The service translates 5 languages — Chinese, English, Indonesian, Korean, and Thai — into Japanese and vice versa.
