iBall launches Intel-based tablet Slide Q81
iBall announced the launch of Intel-based iBall Slide 3G Q81 designed for the modest needs with a bigger screen on Monday, January 11, 2016 at a price of Rs 7,999.

Based on Android 5.1 Lollipop operation system, the tablet packs a 5 megapixel auto focus rear camera, a 2 megapixel front camera, a chambered speaker and includes a 1GB RAM and 8GB built-in storage which is further expandable upto 64GB via micro SD card for storage. It is juiced by a 4000mAh Li-Polymer battery. It also packs various entertainment features like MP3 players, HD Video Playback and FM Radio.

With an 8 inch IPS Technology display having HD screen resolution of 1200*800, the device features Intel Atom x3- 1GHz quad-core 64-bit processor, revealed the company.

The tablet supports both 3G and 2G SIM’s, and also contains GPS and A-GPS capabilities. The device inculcates a built-in phone calling function with Hands-free and also has enhanced GPS tracking. With multiple connectivity options like USB tethering, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, OTG function and Micro USB Port, the tablet supports more than 15 multi-languages read and write through in-built multi-language keyboard.

It has entered into competition with various tablets like Micromax Canvas Tab P666, Karbonn Smart Ta Fone A39 HD Tablet, Dell Venue 7 3741 Tablet etc. which are also in the same price range.

The product is to be available by January 2016.
