YU Televentures has introduced the next generation version of its Yureka smartphone which sold over half a million devices. The phone will be selling at a price of Rs 9,999.
The new smartphone sports a 5.5 inch full HD IPS display. It is powered by a Octa core Snapdragon 615 processor clubbed with 2GB DDR3 RAM.
The phone runs on Out of box Lollipop Cyanogen OS 12. The users can register for the flash sale from July 20th, 2015, 12 pm onwards exclusively on Amazon.in.
The dual SIM Yureka Plus boasts a 13MP rear camera with flash and autofocus, while there is a 5MP front facing camera.
The phone is fuelled by a 2500 mAh battery and will be available in Moondust Grey and Alabaster White colours.

In May, YU also launched its Yuphoria smartphone. It comes with a 5-inch IPS display (720 x 1080) with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top of it, it is 8.2mm thick and weighs 170 grams.
The YU Yuphoria runs on Cyanogen OS 12 on top of Android Lollipop and does come with themes and other customization options which were available on the Yureka too.
The phone is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 GPU. The phone has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM (expandable). The interesting thing about this dual-SIM phone is that it supports 4G LTE too.
The phone is fuelled by a 2,230 mAh battery and it comes with a quick charge feature too.
