The upcoming Xiaomi smartphone, Mi Max 3, has been leaked online in hands-on videos. The device’s retail box has been leaked with the specifications detail. A couple of videos of the smartphone were spotted on Weibo. Notably, the handset was earlier spotted with the model number M1807E8S on the 3C certification website
The leaks suggest that the handset will feature a 6.9-inch full-HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 1080×2160 pixels. The device is expected to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. There will be a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phablet.
Camera wise, the phone is tipped to carry a vertically placed dual camera setup on the back. A 5MP sensor is expected at the front with artificial intelligence (AI) features. In terms of OS, the phone is likely to run on the Android 8.1 Oreo on the top of MIUI 10.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is likely to come up with Black and Gold color options. It is rumored to house a 5500mAh battery.
Xiaomi’s upcoming device is speculated to unveil later this month.
