Konami has tied up with Sony for the promotion of its upcoming game, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Sony has launched special edition smartphone.
The new Sony Xperia J1 Compact: The Phantom Pain Edition comes with the same specs as the Xperia J1 that launched in Japan in March last year.
It packs a 4.3 inch HD display and is powered by a 2.2 GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor paired with 2GB of RAM.
It is equipped with a 20.7MP rear camera and has 16GB of internal storage capacity which is expandable using a microSD card.
The phone has the “Outer Heaven” logo from the game on its back panel. It also comes with two original sound tracks, a custom ringtone, and a preloaded wallpaper to match its theme.

Apart from Xperia J1, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact and Z4 tablet as well as the NW-ZX2 and NW-A16 Walkman MP3 players also come with pre-installed content and custom designs.
These devices will be exclusively available in Japan.
