OPPO on Tuesday announced After Sales-Service Policy for its handsets.
The company will be offering two years’ service warranty to OPPO smartphones purchased from 15 December – at all OPPO service centers in India. The company plans to open 200 new service centers across India.
OPPO will replace any new OPPO handset that develops functional defect within the first 30 days of purchase.
Customers can get service under warranty or maintenance if the device faces any performance fault listed in the Schedule Performance Failure Table during first two years of purchase.
OPPO is offering 6-month warranty to accessories such as charger, data cable, headset and battery including internal battery.
