Smartphone vendor Motorola has opened its first Moto Care center at Bangalore, India.
The Bangalore customer care center will have an experience zone, allowing consumers to get hands on with company’s product portfolio.
Motorola India, a part of Lenovo, said the service and support area will give consumers a walk-in service experience with support staff. Support will be provided for various queries across software upgrades and device hardware repair.
The experience zone will showcase Moto X, Moto G, Moto E, Moto Turbo, Motorola Nexus and Moto 360. The zone can also facilitate online orders via Flipkart.
The Moto Care center offers a number of other options for customer care across India:
# The Moto Care App on users device or customer helpline.
# Moto Care on Wheels is a pilot project that Motorola initiated in New Delhi. As part of the project, for up to 30 days after purchase, Moto vans will service device issue within a few hours.
# Customer service support via the online customer service portal.
# Over 150 repair and service centers across India that customers can contact or visit for assistance.
