Micromax has launched a new variant of its Canvas Fire 4G smartphone. The new Canvas Fire 4G+ has been listed on company’s official website.
The company is yet to announce the pricing and availability of the device.
The new variant comes with a 4.7-inch display with 720*1280 pixel resolution. It is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM, the same as its predecessor.
The Canvas Fire 4G+ runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and supports both LTE bands in India (FDD-LTE 1800MHz Band 3, and TDD-LTE 2300MHz Band 40).
The device is equipped with an 8MP rear camera which is accompanied by a 5MP front facing camera. It has 32GB of expandable memory, while the internal storage was not mentioned in the listings.
Previous month, Micromax listed its Canvas Pace 4G smartphone on its official website. The handset is also available to buy via an e-commerce website at Rs 6,821.
The smartphone features a 5 inch FWVGA display with 480*854 pixel resolution and pixel density of 193 ppi. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.1GHz, clubbed with 1GB RAM and Adreno GPU.
It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box. The Micromax Canvas Pace 4G is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) supporting device.
The smartphone packs a 5MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing shooter. The Canvas Pace 4G has 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.
