Chinese smartphone vendor, Meizu has announced its exclusive partnership with the e-commerce website Snapdeal for its flagship model, MX5.
The registration for the smartphone will commence at 10:00 am from Wednesday, August 19th, 2015.
The MX5 smartphone comes with a metal body, 12-gun 3D sand blasting, a 5 step anodizing process. It sports an AMOLED display.
It is powered by a Mediatek Helio X10 is a 64-bit octa-core CPU manufactured using the 28nm HPM process.
It runs on 64-bit Flyme 4.5 for Android with 100+ functional updates. It also offers dual SIM functionalities with dual standby and dual 4G.
It is equipped with a 20.7MP rear camera of 6P lens. It also boasts the mTouch 2.0 fingerprint sensor that makes identification faster.
The device also uses the mCharge technology, that charges the smartphone at a high speed.
Earlier this month, Meizu also announced the launch of its Meizu m2 note at a price of Rs 9,999 exclusively via Amazon.in.
Meizu m2 note has a 5.5-inch screen with the 1080P Full-HD resolution and pixel density of 403 PPI. The GFF full lamination technology minimizes reflection and improves display quality.
It is powered by a 64-bit MT6753 octa-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. It runs on Flyme OS 4.5 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The smartphone boasts a 13MP rear camera that uses Samsung CMOS sensor and has dual LED flash and autofocus. It also has a 5MP front facing camera.
It has 16GB of internal storage capacity. It also has a variant that comes with 32GB of internal storage capacity. It also supports memory expansion up to 160GB using a microSD card.
On the connectivity front it offers 4G, Bluetooth, WiFi and also has dual SIM functionalities. It is juiced by a 3100mAh battery.
